For too long, the journey from large, attractional gatherings to micro-missional communities has overlooked something vital. There’s a missing step—a fresh way of living that releases creativity, empowers disciples, and transforms ordinary faith into extraordinary adventure. It may be the very step many leaders have been searching for to make this shift truly fruitful. In this workshop, we’ll explore how that missing step unlocks the move from Consumer Christianity to the wonder and risk of Kingdom life. Drawing from the experience of a micro-movement embedded within The Walt Disney Company worldwide, we’ll look at how three surprising paradigm shifts will release the potential for new expressions of faith that turn messy community into the most fertile ground for Kingdom growth. Participants will leave inspired and equipped to cultivate churches that empower people not to consume faith, but to live it with courage, joy, and imagination.
