Frequently Asked Questions

  • Doors open at 6:00pm. When you arrive, you’ll check in at the registration table and receive your conference materials. The first plenary begins at 7:00pm. Before that, feel free to grab coffee, browse the bookstore, and connect with others. You can review the full schedule here.

  • Yes. A livestream option will be available for those unable to attend in person. The livestream will include all plenaries and any workshops held in the main auditorium. All registered participants — both in person and online — will receive access to the recordings for on‑demand viewing after the conference.

  • Lunch on Friday is the only meal provided. It will be a simple grab‑and‑go meal from Chick‑fil‑A, with a salad option available for those who indicated dietary restrictions. Other meals are a great opportunity to explore the nearby food scene. We will also provide drip coffee and limited snacks throughout the conference.

  • No pre‑registration is required. You can choose workshops in real time during the conference. All workshops are first‑come, first‑served, but most rooms can accommodate a large audience, so no need to stress.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer childcare this year. We explored several options but were unable to secure a workable solution. There will be two family rooms attached to the main auditorium available for infants and toddlers as needed, and audio/video will be streamed into those rooms.

  • The final plenary begins at 11:00am on Saturday and will conclude around 12:30pm. There will be some informal time afterward for final conversations and goodbyes. We understand some may need to leave early to catch flights. You can review the full schedule here.

  • We love the spirit of collaboration and connection this conference fosters. While we are limited in our ability to formally schedule dedicated time or space for every regional or denominational gathering, we are creating a simple, conference‑wide communication platform to help facilitate more organic connections. You’ll hear more about that during the conference.

  • We were able to negotiate conference rates at four hotels, but we were not able to secure a shuttle service. The venue is within walking distance of one or two of the hotels and a short Uber ride from the others.
