Digital Advance Sessions
In the lead-up to the conference, we’ll be hosting monthly Digital Advance Sessions. These will involve 15-20 minutes of content, presented by one of our member networks on a practical subject relevant to Microchurch ministry, followed by a facilitated discussion and time of sharing.
Our hope is that during these sessions we can both learn from one another and build anticipation for our time together in 2026! You can learn more and save your spot at any of the upcoming sessions below.

Keeping Leaders Connected as Your Movement Grows
As your microchurch network expands, how do you stay relationally and spiritually connected?
Join us for this 1-hour session as we talk about how to help others stay connected within a decentralized network.
Hosted by Matt Ulrich from Greenhouse Church, this session will dive into practical strategies for fostering unity and spiritual depth across scattered communities. Discover practices that help leaders stay grounded in vision, values, and relationships—even as the movement increases in scale and complexity.

Unlikely Builders of the Kingdom
The Kingdom of God advances through the least expected people.
Join us for this 1-hour session as we talk about how to recognize and empower hidden leaders within your community.
Hosted by Kathryn Maack of Dwellings, this session will explore how to empower those who may not appear to be the “obvious” leaders. Take time to celebrate and learn from the stories of individuals who didn’t fit the typical leadership mold, yet became powerful builders of the Kingdom.

Local Microchurch and Global Missions
This session is hosted by the Living Water Network, a relational network of microchurch practitioners in war zones and other hard places and their global cheerleaders. Over the last four years we have pursued a bold experiment: Is it possible to cultivate personal relationships and meaningful collaborations between western believers and leaders of underground microchurches in war zones? The results have been surprising: relationships have formed, global intercessory prayer for specific needs is now happening in real-time, western advisory teams have wrapped around underground microchuch leaders serving in artillery bunkers, and underground church leaders have taught western believers how to follow Jesus in chaotic environments, and how to endure suffering well.
This session will describe the opportunity — one that no other generation in history has experienced — for mutually encouraging, real-time, personal relationships to form between individuals and sister microchurches operating on different sides of the planet.

Kingdom Planting: A Small, Simple, and Subversive Revolution
Kingdom Planting is a paradigm marked by small beginnings, simple practices, and a subversive hope that quietly reshapes lives from the inside out. Drawing on a decade and a half of experience planting the Kingdom among Disney Cast Members around the world—often in places where traditional church planting approaches fall short—this digital session introduces practical principles that open doors for conversation, community, and spiritual discovery.

How to Activate People into Mission
Are you leading a microchurch or microchurch network and trying to learn more about how to activate people into mission?
Join us for this 1-hour session as we talk about how to help others step out in kingdom risk.
This session is hosted by The Underground Network who are microchurch practitioners of 20 years. The Underground experiment has uncovered the commonalities of activated missional Christians who plant persevering microchurches. These heroic leaders often don't know the next step but are compelled by Jesus into His purposes. Maybe you can relate. This session can help you activate people in your own microchurch and also give you the tools to help and coach others to activate people into God’s mission in greater ways.
