How do our leadership tables make room for those who think, feel, and see differently? In this session, Wildfire Network invites participants to reimagine strategic discernment as a Spirit-led process that welcomes the “stranger”—not as a token voice, but as one who helps reshape the table itself. Rooted in Wildfire’s ONETHING Pathway, this workshop offers a prayerful and relational approach to decision-making that cultivates equity, trust, and unity under the Lordship of Jesus. When our strategy tables make space for voices that have been unfamiliar, overlooked, or misunderstood, our mission becomes more relational, just, and fruitful—reflecting the full diversity of Christ’s body and the Spirit’s wisdom at work among us.
