At times we might like to erase the differences between men and women but when it comes to developing leaders, women have different needs, challenges, and barriers to overcome. Yet women also have incredible opportunities in our culture that enable a highly effective missional presence. This workshop, for both men and women, will explore some of the key challenges and opportunities for women planters, and some key tactics for how both men and women can help raise women into simple church planting.
