THE MICROCHURCH CONFERENCE
MARCH 4-5, 2022
GAINESVILLE, FL || LIVESTREAM
REDISCOVERING THE SMALLER WAY
The yearning for participation and empowerment has us all looking for versions of church that make room for everyone, and with power being redistributed in our time, networks of smaller enterprises are both growing and thriving. Perhaps, after all our hand wringing and insecurity about the size of our churches, we have missed the point. Microchurches can be strong, beautiful, accessible and potent portraits of just what Jesus had in mind for the church.
Whether you’re curious about microchurches, leading a microchurch, multiplying a network, or dreaming of how your existing church can pivot to or incorporate micro, come join with dozens of other practitioners and tribes for shared learning and encouragement at this first-of-its-kind collaborative summit.

The world is over-saturated with church gatherings, but a lot of those gatherings lack the one thing that actually make up an expression of the church that is being faithful to Jesus’s call: disciples. In this breakout, we will share systems and tools you can use immediately to help train and release multiplying disciple-makers in your microchurches and movements.
Led by Greenhouse Church
Top-down leadership ultimately communicates, "You are here to help us." Decentralized leadership networks are organized to move outward. They communicate, "we are all in this together." In this workshop you will hear about the leadership structure fractal KCU has used to reproduce multiple apostolic equipping teams, and how a flattened leadership structure actually works on a daily basis.
Led by KC Underground
Is it possible to avoid worldly authority structures in the body of Christ? Discover how your team can achieve unity and mutual trust.
Led by Wildfire Network
A blended ecology refers to emerging and traditional forms of church living together in symbiotic relationship. This workshop will dig into key practices that can help everyday believers unleash Spirit-empowered church multiplication in connection with inherited congregations.
Led by Fresh Expressions
We’ll look at the Parable of the Good Samaritan and it’s characters in Luke 10 to train disciples to see the poor, to grow in compassion for them and move in proximity towards them (and how Swedish Fish may very well be the new gospel tract). This is a model to teach people as well as businesses to change their paradigm of the poor from charity to dignity.
Led by Samaritan Church
In this workshop, we'll discuss modalic and sodalic settings for the lost, last, least, leftover, leftout and left behind and how we can more effectively provide outreach services and discipleship that empowers communities and builds Kingdom.
Led by Be The Church
The flow of the Gospel can be summarized by 4 questions: Who is God? What has he done? Who are we? How should we live? The Scriptures are built on this pattern: indicatives then imperatives. You will learn how to build your church and disciple-making pathways on these transcultural, timeless principles.
Led by Soma
Jesus told His disciples to take nothing with them on the journey of mission except the power of the Kingdom. Our network was birthed in low-income communities where we learned to embrace the vulnerability of neighboring rather than only delivering programs and the present-day ministry of the Holy Spirit rather than our own resources. Explore with us a simple tool you and your team might embrace to create space for Jesus to work.
Led by Greenhouse Network
A Kingdom Ecosystem is another way of describing an interconnected and interdependent network of missionary disciples, who band together to incubate good works in a specific local context. This workshop will show you how to plant churches through various good works including new businesses, justice works, and incarnationally focused homes that all work together so that a prospering economy and intentional community form.
Led by Lantern Network

Led by Church Project
The backbone of our Dwell Community Church is a network of student and young adult self replicating house churches spread throughout the greater Columbus area. What if there could be a day when every man, woman and child has the opportunity to meet Jesus everyday in your city? We will walk through 5 key gospel saturation initiatives with examples of how God is calling the church to collaborate and consider how you might begin to collaborate in your own context for gospel saturation.
Led by Saturate
The Prodigal Network founders have been asking what it means to be a decentralized church where its missional leaders are informed by their identity in Christ and their predominantly Asian heritage. In this workshop, you’ll hear from the founding leaders about how God is at work amid the ups and downs of starting a church of networked missional communities in Chicagoland, and how not to lose yourself in the process of giving yourselves away for the sake of others.
Led by Prodigal Network
Jesus was a revolutionary, subversively instituting a new world order. In this workshop we'll explore a rubric for deconstructing conventional Christian religion with the intent of restoring the discipleship patterns of Jesus and the Early Church in your life and ministry
